I have lived in the Burnham area for nearly 20 years since I married. Originally I was from Ickenham in Uxbridge living on a farm most of my young growing up life. I've always had a keen interest in energies and the spiritual world. When I was around 7 years old I remember seeing Faeries in my bedroom when I was scared of the dark at night time. They used to comfort me with their presence. However, I never spoke to anyone about it feeling that if I shared this they would go away. Plus, I would of got a lot of teasing from my brothers! My Auntie is very spiritual and with her encouragement I renewed my interest 10 years ago. I had forgotten all about my encounter with Faeries and it wasn't until a Medium gave me a reading I recalled this memory. I always had a little green envy for Mediums and their talents and reckoned that it was something that I would never be able to do. A friend encouraged me to attend a Psychic Development Group and finding myself is an understatement. Fay Simms gave us all such confidence in ourselves. After just the first group meeting I found I could channel all along!! I had been missing the signs and not listening to my intuition. During my Psychic revival I learnt Usui Reiki and then continuing from there to Karuna Reiki with Tina Reibl in Maidenhead. I had always hated holding people's hands when I was little because my hands used to get so hot and make the other persons hand very hot. This, I now realise, was me sending healing. I love to work with energies concerning the human body and with also my love of crystals extended my energy work to Crystal Therapy. I was introduced to a wonderful Crystal Therapy teacher - Lettie Vantol. She introduced me to Crystals and I took my 2 year diploma course with her. Lettie's knowledge and enthusiasm is remarkable. She encouraged me more and more to start working with the energies and has instilled in me to spread the word of energy healing. I am now learning another new Healing Work called Theta Healing with Jill Miller (Theta Miracles)in Crowthorne. Theta Healing allows you to quickly identify deeply held blocks and to reprogram the unconscious mind. This technique breaks down your core beliefs that are stopping you from healing yourself. In other words our mental and emotional feelings can have a very derogatory effect on our physical bodies. This form of healing also uses muscle testing which accesses the beliefs held in the subconscious mind. I am thoroughly enjoying this side of healing and am looking forward to incorporate this into my practice. If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate in contacting me.
